Position Summary

We are seeking a high-performing, hands-on Senior Warehouse Lead to support daily warehouse operations while providing leadership and guidance to junior warehouse associates. This is a working leadership position-the selected candidate will actively participate in warehouse operations while helping coordinate workflow, maintain accuracy standards, and ensure the team meets daily expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in daily warehouse operations.
• Help coordinate daily workflow and prioritize tasks to meet operational needs.
• Perform shipping, receiving, picking, and inventory control activities.
• Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with resolving discrepancies.
• Monitor order accuracy and ensure warehouse standards are maintained.
• Train, mentor, and provide guidance to junior warehouse associates.
• Assist with problem-solving and workflow issues as they arise.
• Drive cargo vans and/or box trucks as needed.
• Communicate professionally with employees, supervisors, customers, and vendors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Lead by example through strong attendance, work ethic, and attention to detail.
• Perform other warehouse and leadership duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must meet all of the following requirements:

• 3-5+ years of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Previous lead, senior, or team-lead warehouse responsibility.
• Current forklift certification and confidence operating warehouse equipment.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, picking, and inventory control.
• Experience driving cargo vans and/or box trucks.
• Clean driving record/MVR.
• Stable work history.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience training or mentoring warehouse employees.
• Experience identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Ability to independently coordinate daily warehouse workflow.
