Adecco is hiring for a Project Manager Assistant to support our client’s construction project team. This role is ideal for someone who can manage multiple priorities and works independently without the need for micromanagement.
The company is willing to train the right candidate who brings strong administrative skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can collaborate with a close-knit team to keep projects moving successfully.

Hours : M-F 8-5pm 1 hour lunch
Pay: $20-$25/hr. based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with project documentation and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to collect and maintain insurance, waivers, and compliance documents.
• Process purchase orders and assist with invoice and payment review.
• Track project deadlines and follow up on outstanding items.
• Maintain organized project records and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Assist with accounting and purchase orders

Qualifications
Required

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to learn software platforms such as Procore
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Comfortable learning new software and processes.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.

Preferred

• Administrative support experience in a project-based environment.
• Construction industry experience.
• Exposure to project management or accounting software.
• AP/AR Experience
• Experience working with subcontractors, compliance documentation, or invoice processing.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
