Senior Analyst, Credit & Collections Location: Los Angeles, CA – Hybrid schedule with two remote days (Monday and Friday) and three in‑office days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). Job Summary The Senior Analyst supports account collections, reconciliations, and credit analysis for Magnite’s publisher and advertising clients. The role uses AI‑driven analytics and automation tools to monitor invoices, predict payment behaviors, and proactively reduce bad debt and improve cash flow. Responsibilities Develop and report on metrics related to the success of the collections product line. Manage assigned accounts receivable through written and oral communications. Monitor past‑due accounts by reviewing the collections queue, aging reports, and other analyses. Analyze and interpret accounts receivable and credit/collections data and recommend actions. Escalate payment matters to Sales Management, Supervisor, or Director when necessary. Recommend changes to payment terms and/or credit limits to minimize bad debt. Manage account reconciliation activity: review and research payment deductions, resolve discrepancies with Accounts Receivable/Billing. Work with sales to resolve billing or contract discrepancies that affect accounts receivable. Process new and/or updated credit applications: obtain credit agency reports, bank/trade references, and other tools to determine creditworthiness. Conduct credit reviews or forward information to the Credit & Collections Manager for review. Open new accounts, including system setup in Oracle, and update credit files regularly. Ensure customer payments and other receivables are properly applied to open invoices in the Oracle cash applications module. Support implementation of new systems and platforms, develop new workflows, and manage projects related to ERPs and CRMs (Oracle, Salesforce, etc.). Assist in the implementation and use of AI tools. Participate in ad‑hoc projects as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 5–8 years of collections and customer service experience, preferably in SaaS industries. International collections experience and managing high‑profile accounts (required). Intermediate experience with an ERP system (Oracle preferred). Intermediate experience with a CRM system (Salesforce). Familiarity with AI tools and their workplace applications (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT). Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Compensation and Benefits In CA, base salary range: $67,000 – $77,000. Compensation is determined based on location, experience, skills, and internal equity.
