Hiring Immediately For 1st Shift Facilities Maintenance Technician In Burlington, NC!

Pay: $30/hr. To Start + Pay Raises!

1st Shift: 7 AM - 3:30 PM Monday - Friday

*Must Have Current Or Recent Experience In Industrial Facilities Maintenance*

Job Description:

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
• Troubleshoot and repair basic mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
• Complete general building maintenance, including repairs to doors and hardware, lighting systems, plumbing fixtures, HVAC equipment and components
• Perform drywall repairs, painting, and other facility structures
• Assist with equipment installations, machine relocations, and facility improvement projects
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and technical drawings
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspections, work orders, and repair documentation
• Coordinate with outside contractors and service providers as needed
• Support workplace safety initiatives and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Skills And Qualifications:

• Experience performing facilities maintenance in an industrial plant.
• Experience in HVAC maintenance or repair.
• Experience with drywall repair and painting.
• Ability to diagnose and repair basic mechanical and electrical issues
• Familiarity with facility improvement projects and equipment installations.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping for maintenance logs and work orders.
• Commitment to safety practices and continuous improvement in a maintenance environment.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
