The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the daily operations, maintenance, and overall condition of campus facilities. This role is responsible for ensuring that buildings and grounds remain fully functional, well-maintained, clean, and compliant with all applicable regulations, while consistently meeting MRA’s operational standards.

• Oversee, schedule, and coordinate daily activities of maintenance and custodial staff to ensure reliable and efficient service delivery.
• Plan and manage repair work and preventative maintenance programs.
• Assign responsibilities, set priorities, and monitor performance to ensure expectations are consistently achieved.
• Administer the work order system, prioritizing and tracking maintenance requests.
• Respond to and complete work orders and service requests with a focus on quality and timeliness.
• Address emergency situations as they arise.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds; monitor systems, identify issues, and ensure prompt resolution. Maintain a clean, safe, and fully operational environment.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance and services.
• Support seasonal apartment turnover operations as needed.
• Track inventory of supplies, equipment, and materials; coordinate replenishment and arrange repairs or replacements.
• Assist with budget planning and cost control efforts.
• Promote efficient use of resources across operations.
• Enforce safety protocols, standard operating procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as a professional and responsive point of contact for campus stakeholders.
• Encourage a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support operational and business objectives.

• 3-5 years of facilities or maintenance experience.
• Supervisory or team lead experience is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent diagnostic, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
