Senior Recruiter, onsite in Brooklyn, HYBRID, 85-120K PLUS BONUS Health

We're looking for a high-impact, hands-on recruiter who thrives in the
trenches of talent acquisition. This is not a role for someone looking
to quickly move away from recruiting. Instead, we're seeking a
professional who is energized by sourcing top talent, managing multiple
searches simultaneously, partnering with hiring managers, and
successfully closing exceptional candidates.

What You'll Do
Manage a high volume of requisitions across multiple business
functions
Source, attract, and engage passive and active candidates
Drive full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer acceptance
Partner closely with hiring managers to define talent strategies and
maintain hiring momentum
Build and execute creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill
positions
Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and recruiting guidance
to stakeholders
Create an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring
process
Consistently deliver strong hiring outcomes in a fast-paced
environment
