If you thrive on curiosity, love using data to drive better outcomes, and want to grow your expertise alongside experienced talent pros, this is your chance to make a real impact while helping build a culture that truly wins on talent.A Day in the LifeStrategic Talent Sourcing - Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across the organization, leveraging a wide range of tools and techniques including Boolean search, social media, job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach. Continuously refine sourcing processes to drive efficiency and stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices. Proactively engage passive talent through creative, personalized outreach while building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines. Act as a brand ambassador by representing company values and promoting the organization as an employer of choice.Candidate Assessment - Screen and evaluate candidates to determine role fit, and provide clear, concise summaries and recommendations to recruiters and hiring managers.Market Insights and Analysis - Conduct market research and analyze sourcing data to uncover insights on talent pools, industry trends, and competitive intelligence, using these findings to continuously enhance sourcing strategies.Collaborative Partnership - Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to understand hiring needs, ensuring alignment on candidate profiles and sourcing approaches while building strong, trusted relationships.Reporting and Metrics - Track key sourcing metrics, delivering regular updates and actionable insights to stakeholders on sourcing performance and outcomes.You'll Come WithBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience1+ years corporate or RPO experience delivering talent sourcing strategies for a variety of positionsPrior experience sourcing candidates for technology-focused roles is highly preferredProven track record of being results-oriented, resourceful, and innovative, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and embrace risksExperience creating/maintaining talent pools for current and potential openingsInterpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and communicate effectively with all levels of the organizationAbility to embrace and adapt to changes and learn quickly in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and oral presentation skillsUnderstanding of data analysis and metrics and providing actionable insightsProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteTalent sourcing certifications preferred (i.e. AIRS, Sourcing Certifications, SourceCon Academy)#LI-KG2Come join our team.
