The Opportunity Lonestar Forklift is looking for a dynamic Parts Technical Sales Representative to join our team in Houston, Texas . In this role, you will be working closely with the Service department and will be responsible for providing excellent sales support to customers and maintaining parts inventory. As the Parts Technical Sales Representative for Lonestar, your key responsibilities will include: Sell parts products to achieve branch revenue and margin targets Provide customers multiple solutions in terms of parts pricing and availability Manage key Parts customer accounts, communicating frequently with customers to ensure high customer satisfaction Follow up on outstanding quotes and process customer credits in a timely manner Work closely with Parts and Service teams to organize the ordering and delivery of parts Identify and request parts to add to branch inventory Required Skills & Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies: Parts sales experience is strongly preferred Technical experience with lift trucks or aerial work platforms preferred Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Confident self-starter with the ability to work effectively autonomously Valid driver’s license Lonestar Forklift is proud to offer competitive compensation and flexible benefits coverage for all eligible employees: Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental benefits for you and your dependents Life Insurance, Short Term Disability, and Long Term Disability – 100% employer paid Employee assistance programs 401K matching The base pay range for this role is: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour, depending on experience.
