HVAC Sales Specialist

Location: Long Island City- In Office Your Responsibilities: Lead the sale of HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies through both phone and in-person customer interactions Provide technical support to the internal sales team, including order processing, product and service inquiries, warranty administration, and customer issue resolution Research market and competitive pricing data to ensure inventory is priced competitively while maintaining profitability Develop and execute marketing strategies for the parts sales office to achieve and exceed revenue goals Enhance customer policies and procedures by identifying needs and making appropriate exceptions when necessary Expand and grow the existing customer base through relationship building and new customer acquisition Identify and implement new sales strategies to increase overall office revenue from both existing and prospective customers Conduct regular sales calls and customer outreach to drive business growth and maintain strong client relationships Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned Your Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred 4 to 6 years of HVAC and/or sales experience required Your Benefits: Daikin Applied offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: Multiple medical insurance plan options + dental and vision insurance 401K retirement plan with employer match Paid time off and company paid holidays Paid sick time in accordance with the federal, state and local law Tuition Reimbursement after 6 months of continuous service Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position. The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $38.08 - $62.69/hr in New Jersey/New York. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
