About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to take on a pivotal role in a rapidly growing, data-driven, and sustainability-focused organization. The successful candidate will work closely with the CFO and executive team, playing a key part in strategic decision-making and the scaling of the business. This role demands a mix of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, with a strong emphasis on financial infrastructure, systems, and processes during a period of rapid growth. The Vice President of Finance will be responsible for leading budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis, as well as delivering monthly and quarterly reporting and KPI dashboards. A background in financial modeling, reporting, and controls is essential, and experience in private or mid-sized company environments, particularly those backed by private equity, is highly valued. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, or corporate finance. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for candidates holding a CPA, MBA, or similar credentials. The role also involves overseeing cash flow forecasting, working capital, and treasury support, as well as supporting debt management, lender reporting, and covenant tracking. The ideal candidate will be adept at driving financial insights and decision support across various business functions and will have the opportunity to influence operational decisions across a national footprint.
