What you will enjoy doing*

• In this role, you will execute daily operational tasks to support the team in meeting established service levels and performance goals
• Collaborate with branch locations, internal departments, and all levels of management to identify and resolve issues effectively
• Reconcile bank accounts for multiple locations using bank statements, general ledger data, and JDE, ensuring timely resolution of reconciling items
• You will prepare and post month-end journal entries based on completed reconciliations
• Analyze and resolve complex issues within JDE independently or in collaboration with others, ensuring timely and accurate outcomes

What makes you great

• You have a high School Diploma / GED; business degree is preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills are required in this role
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet team deadlines
• You have experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Access
• Proven ability to consistently meet both individual and team goals
• Further, you have the ability to manage through change
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
