No prior experience in insurance? No problem! This is the perfect opportunity to transfer your experience to break into a new industry. Responsibilities- Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Take premium payments from customers.
- Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Create relationships from a cold start.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Must have ability to multi-task.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Great Customer Service Skills.
- Problem-Solving Capabilities.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
