Location: Bismarck, ND

Overview

We're seeking a customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support our sales team through quoting, order processing, customer service, and administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes and assist customers with product and pricing inquiries

• Process orders accurately and provide order status updates

• Answer customer calls and emails, resolving questions and concerns

• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and CRM updates

• Maintain customer records and sales documentation

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects and orders stay on track

• Follow up on outstanding quotes and customer requests

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, sales support, administrative, or office experience

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Experience with Microsoft Office and data entry

• Comfortable learning and using CRM systems

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• High attention to detail and accuracy

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bismarck, ND.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
