We are a high-end cocktail lounge offering a refined, intimate atmosphere with elevated cocktails, curated small plates, and exceptional service. Our space blends luxury hospitality with a vibrant nightlife energy, attracting a sophisticated clientele.

We are seeking a polished, professional Lounge Maître D' to be the first and last impression of our guests' experience. This role is essential in setting the tone for service, managing reservations and flow, and ensuring every guest receives a warm, seamless, and elevated welcome.

Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting and welcoming guests with poise, warmth, and professionalism
• Managing reservations, guest lists, and table assignments with precision
• Controlling the flow of the room to maintain optimal service and ambiance
• Communicating effectively with management, servers, and security
• Handling VIP guests, special requests, and high-profile clientele with discretion
• Maintaining an organized entrance, host stand, and waiting area
• Providing accurate wait times and managing guest expectations
• Upholding the venue's standards of presentation, hospitality, and service

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Maître D' in an upscale restaurant, lounge, or nightlife setting
• Strong presence, polished appearance, and confident demeanor
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a high-energy environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable, Resy) preferred
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred:

• Experience working with VIP clientele and high-volume environments
• Background in luxury hospitality or fine dining
