Production Manager

Key Responsibilities Lead and develop teams across fabrication, welding, assembly, testing, installation, and commissioning Oversee daily production operations to ensure on-time delivery and efficient resource utilization Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve processes Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve operational challenges and support new product launches Develop and manage production schedules based on demand forecasts, labor, and material availability Monitor performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies Manage inventory levels, vendor relationships, and equipment readiness Support customer installations and maintain strong cross-functional and customer relationships Coach, mentor, and develop team members to build a high-performing and engaged workforce Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of production management experience in a manufacturing environment Proven leadership experience managing production teams Strong knowledge of fabrication, assembly, and machinery operations Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications Experience with Lean principles, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required); ERP/MRP experience a plus Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills What We’re Looking For A hands-on leader with a passion for operational excellence, strong technical understanding, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
