Remote Legal Secretary

Resnick & Louis, P.C. - Legal Secretary (Remote) Mid-size national civil litigation and insurance defense firm seeks a legal secretary with a minimum of 3+ years of civil litigation experience to support California attorneys. The role is fully remote. Base Pay Range $55,000.00/yr – $65,000.00/yr Responsibilities Calendar management and scheduling of meetings. Electronic file management and document preparation. State and federal court filings and trial preparation. Day-to-day case management and support to attorneys. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in civil defense litigation. Prior insurance defense experience is a plus. Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Detail-oriented, hard-working, enthusiastic, team-oriented, critical thinker. Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Word. Active knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure and calendar deadline management. Benefits Long-term disability coverage.
