REEL Produce is a family-owned wholesale produce distributor proudly serving restaurants, cafés, hotels, and businesses throughout the Bay Area. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our growing team.
This position primarily works daytime hours, with occasional evening availability and Sunday availability required to support business needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering phones and assisting customers professionally
- Entering customer orders accurately
- Processing invoices and maintaining records
- Assisting with general office administration
- Communicating with customers, drivers, and warehouse staff
- Supporting daily operations in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Data entry experience
- Basic computer proficiency
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
- Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
Schedule:
- Primarily daytime hours
- Flexibility to work evenings as needed
- Sunday availability is required
