Job Title

Registered Nurse – Operating Room

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care to patients in an Operating Room setting
• Rotate to weekend shifts as required by scheduling needs
• Fulfill on-call obligations including weeknight and weekend call shifts within a 6-week schedule cycle
• Work assigned Summer and Winter holiday shifts, with on-call coverage for one Summer and one Winter holiday
• Document patient care accurately using the Cerner charting system
• Collaborate with surgical teams in a Level I Trauma environment supporting complex surgical cases

Required Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania RN license or compact license required at time of submission
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Minimum 3 years of Operating Room experience
• Level I Trauma experience required
• Liver and Kidney surgical experience required
• Proficiency with Cerner charting system

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Orthopedic surgical experience
• Neurosurgical experience
• Robotic surgical experience
