Maintenance Coordinator

Our client, a New York-based property management company , is looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to be the person who keeps maintenance requests moving from “something is broken” to “it’s fixed.” You'll coordinate residents, vendors, and maintenance teams, schedule repairs, follow up on open requests, and make sure nothing gets overlooked. If you have experience in property management, dispatch, customer service, scheduling, or coordination, this could be a great fit. What You’ll Do Own maintenance requests from the initial report through completion. Coordinate with residents, vendors, and maintenance teams to get issues resolved. Prioritize requests and schedule repairs based on urgency. Follow up on open work orders and keep everyone updated. Track maintenance activity and keep records accurate. Handle phone and email communication with professionalism. Help resolve issues quickly and provide a great resident experience. What You’ll Bring Experience in maintenance coordination, property management, dispatch, customer service, scheduling, or a similar role . Strong written and spoken English communication skills . Excellent organization and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities at once. A problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail. Comfortable learning new software and systems. Residential property management experience is a strong plus.
