The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating freight shipments, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage truckload, LTL, heavy haul, and cross-border shipments. Communicate with shippers and carriers to ensure smooth logistics operations. Provide real-time tracking updates and maintain visibility of shipments. Optimize transportation routes to maximize efficiency and cost savings. Collaborate with the operations team to enhance logistics processes. Qualifications: Experience in logistics, freight management, or transportation. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
