Looking for a 3-day weekend every week? Twin City Staffing is hiring CNC machine operators for both 1st and 2nd shift at a premier, state-of-the-art facility in Blaine. Location: Blaine, MN Wage: $20.00 - $25.00 Hourly (Weekly pay) Hours:

1. 1st Shift: 5:45 am - 3:45 pm, Monday - Thursday
2. 2nd Shift: 3:30 pm - 1:30 am, Monday - Thursday

Duties of the CNC machine operator:

• Load/unload materials and monitor CNC machines for proper operation and defects
• Perform basic tool offsets and adjustments under machinist direction
• Deburr, clean, and prepare parts between operations
• Conduct visual and dimensional quality checks using calipers and micrometers
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all EH&S procedures

Requirements of the CNC machine operator:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 6–12 months of manufacturing or machine shop experience
• Basic familiarity with CNC machines and ability to read work instructions
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
