CNC Lathe Machinist

Pay: Competitive, based on experience

We're looking for an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist to join our growing manufacturing team. If you have setup experience, can read blueprints, and enjoy producing high-quality precision parts, we'd like to talk with you.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC lathes
Read and interpret blueprints and work orders
Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools
Verify part quality and dimensional accuracy
Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
Operate mills and other shop equipment as needed
Maintain a safe and organized work area

Qualifications

2+ years of CNC lathe setup and operating experience
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Experience with precision measuring instruments
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail

Preferred Experience

Doosan and Puma CNC machines
Mill operation
Fabrication or assembly experience
High-mix or fast-paced manufacturing environments

Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of BLAINE, MN.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Workplace Type: This is a fully onsite position in BLAINE,MN.
