ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency has grown from its original location in 2018 to include a second office in 2022, with a team of eight across both locations. Before becoming an agent, I spent 20 years in claims, including five years as a Director of Claims, bringing deep industry experience and leadership into the agency.

I’ve been married for 20 years and have five kids. I love spending time outdoors, especially camping, and have a background in baseball, playing at both Texas Tech and Oregon State. We’re highly involved in the community, hosting annual petting farms, serving on the Board of Directors for Safety Net (supporting youth aging out of foster care), sponsoring golf tournaments for first responders and military mental health initiatives, and partnering with local elementary schools.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for James Bowman - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
