Founding Software Engineer

We’re hiring on behalf of a well‑funded stealth startup building AI infrastructure for healthcare. Backed by experienced founders and top investors, the company is transforming how healthcare operations work by automating complex administrative workflows using AI and human‑in‑the‑loop systems. This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground floor, work directly with the founding team, and help build core products that solve massive challenges across insurance workflows, credentialing, billing, revenue cycle management, and EHR integrations. What You’ll Do Build AI‑powered products from 0 to 1. Design scalable backend systems and integrations. Work closely with founders on product and technical strategy. Own major technical decisions and ship fast. We’re Looking For Exceptional software engineers with strong backend and systems fundamentals. Experience building production software (AI/LLMs is a plus). Builders who thrive in fast‑moving, high‑ownership environments. We’re particularly interested in candidates from leading engineering programs (MIT, Stanford, Carnegie Mellon, Berkeley, Harvard, Princeton, Cornell, Columbia, Caltech, Yale, and similar), as well as exceptional engineers from any background with a track record of building outstanding products.
