Becton Dickinson seeks an Operator 2 for its Broken Bow manufacturing facility to set up, operate, and maintain medical technology production equipment. The role involves quality inspections, preventative maintenance, and participation in continuous improvement initiatives within a regulated manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Set up, debug, adjust, and operate production equipment within specified ranges
- Perform quality inspections and change overs according to operational specifications
- Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment including semi-annual extended maintenance
- Maintain clean work area, report safety hazards, and comply with regulatory and quality standards
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and maintain production inventory
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of manufacturing experience (preferred)
- Capability to lift 20–50 pounds occasionally
