Overview Registered Nurse – PACU | Tillamook, Oregon | Start 08/10/2026 | 20 weeks | $2,092–$2,238 per week | 48 guaranteed hours per week | Day shift (7:00 AM–7:00 PM) on a 3x12 schedule | Critical Access Hospital setting. This travel assignment is with Healthforce Healthcare LLC. Key Highlights

• Location: Tillamook, Oregon
• Setting: 25-bed critical access medical center serving the rural region

Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for PACU patients according to established standards and the nursing process.
• Monitor post-anesthesia patients, assess recovery, manage pain, and respond to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, coordinate care, and participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
• Document care delivery in the electronic health record (EPIC and Cerner), and provide patient/family education.
• Delegate appropriately and supervise clinical support staff; maintain a safe, healing environment.

Requirements

• Current RN license to practice in the state of Oregon (or appropriate state per assignment)
• Active CPR/BLS certification; ACLS required
• At least two years of recent PACU or acute care nursing experience
• EPIC and Cerner experience required for this assignment
• BSN preferred; ability to work in a fast-paced PACU environment on a travel assignment
