Registered Nurse (RN) - PACU

Registered Nurse Emergency Room
Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 20 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 48.00 per week
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
- At least two years recent experience in the field
- Experience with EPIC and Cerner systems preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care to assigned patients according to established standards.
- Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff and coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Collect and analyze assessment data to determine diagnosis and care plans.
- Implement prescribed interventions and evaluate progress towards goals.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers for safe patient care.
- Provide education and support to patients and families regarding health information.
