Overview
Registered Nurse – PACU | Tillamook, Oregon | Start 08/10/2026 | 20 weeks | $2,092–$2,238 per week | 48 guaranteed hours per week | Day shift (7:00 AM–7:00 PM) on a 3x12 schedule | Critical Access Hospital setting. This travel assignment is with Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for PACU patients according to established standards and the nursing process.
- Monitor post-anesthesia patients, assess recovery, manage pain, and respond to changes in condition.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, coordinate care, and participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
- Document care delivery in the electronic health record (EPIC and Cerner), and provide patient/family education.
- Delegate appropriately and supervise clinical support staff; maintain a safe, healing environment.

Requirements
- Current RN license to practice in the state of Oregon (or appropriate state per assignment)
- Active CPR/BLS certification; ACLS required
- At least two years of recent PACU or acute care nursing experience
- EPIC and Cerner experience required for this assignment
- BSN preferred; ability to work in a fast-paced PACU environment on a travel assignment
