Pizza Shop Supervisor/Manager Assistant needed at Citizen Pie on West 25th Street in Cleveland, Ohio!
Job Overview:
Our Pizza Shop Supervisor/Manager Assistant will be paid $18.00 per hour min guarantee and be a non-exempt employee. This position has a 90-day probationary period.
A Pizza Shop Supervisor/Manager Assistant will be asked to perform the following duties:
- Execute opening and closing procedures properly and thoroughly, as directed by Operations Manager
- Oversee that food and beverage, security, and health procedures are followed
- Conduct table visits and diffuse issues as they arise
- Manage pre-shift meetings to ensure smooth running shifts
- Support the management team in Human Resources initiatives such as hiring, training and development, benefits administration, discipline, discharge, and performance reviews
- Assist in scheduling and managing teammates
- Ensure food and drinks are delivered to guest in a timely fashion and strict adherence to recipe and appearance is maintained
Mandatory Requirements:
- Ability to lift 25 pounds or less, maneuver up and down stairs with no difficulty, work on your feet 95% of scheduled shift
- High School Diploma/GED or 2 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills such as Microsoft Office
Preferred Experience/Knowledge:
- Certifications in Tips, Serve Safe, CPR and First Aid
