Customer Service Representative

Position Overview We are looking for a Seasonal Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. (January – April) This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while supporting both clients and tax preparers. The CSR ensures clients receive friendly, accurate, and timely service while maintaining confidentiality of all client information. Responsibilities Greeting clients and creating a welcoming office environment Answer incoming phone calls and direct clients appropriately Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments Assist clients in completing intake forms and required documentation Receive and organize client documents for tax preparation Scan and upload client documents into the company system Manage document watch folders and ensure files are routed correctly Assist tax preparers with administrative support as needed Track client document status and follow up when additional information is required Maintain confidentiality of all client information in accordance with company policies Maintain organized reception and waiting areas Assist with basic office administrative tasks when needed Other duties as assigned which may include supporting other offices when necessary Preferred Qualifications Prior customer service or administrative experience Experience working in a professional office environment Experience working with scheduling systems or client databases Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to remain calm and professional in busy environments Requirements Strong communication and customer service skills Professional demeanor when interacting with clients and coworkers Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and efficiently Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of client information Reliable transportation Consistent and reliable attendance Must pass criminal background check Physical Requirements Able to lift at least 20lbs Minimal risk of safety hazards Ability to sit, stand, and interact with clients for extended periods #J-18808-Ljbffr
