Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans for patients based on physician referrals.
• Implementing various physical therapy interventions and modalities tailored to each patient's condition and treatment goals.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to integrate patient care, ensuring that treatment approaches are cohesive and effective.
