Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist at Swift Health, you will work onsite at our Rehabilitation Center, which is designed with patient comfort and rehabilitation efficiency in mind. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients by reviewing medical histories, performing specific assessments, and documenting findings.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with the needs and goals of patients and their families, ensuring clear communication and involvement.
• Implement effective treatment protocols that are informed by evaluation results, patient progress, and best practices in rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care, document any changes in patients' conditions, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Manage discharge planning and ensure appropriate follow-up care, including thorough and timely documentation of patient interactions and progress.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills, meeting productivity standards while maintaining an accurate schedule and contributing to marketing initiatives.
• Participate in departmental goals and objectives, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Pursue ongoing professional development through continuing education and mentorship opportunities, serving as a clinical instructor to students as needed.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required, with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is required.
• Previous experience of at least two years in a physical therapy setting is preferred, but not strictly necessary for qualified candidates who are eager to learn and grow.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated experience in outpatient orthopedics or sports rehabilitation is advantageous.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and familiarity with billing processes is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
