- Manage daily operations of the MedSpa, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate services for clients with precision.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Assist in marketing efforts to promote MedSpa services and special offers.
- Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to support operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance service offerings.
- Previous experience in a MedSpa, spa, or healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
- Proficient in scheduling software and basic office applications.
- Knowledge of beauty and wellness treatments is a plus.
- Must be detail-oriented and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in beauty or wellness preferred.
