Job Description

 

This position involves a lot of customer service, phones, and data entry. Will be talking to customers about their accounts and scheduling payments.

Responsibilities:

 

• Provide customer service, assisting customers in person and over the phone
• Answer phone calls and troubleshooting
• Entering data into computer system
• Handling payments
• Filing documents

Qualifications and Requirements :

• Previous experience in administrative assistance, office clerk, or front counter role is required
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (primarily Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Customer service experience with phone etiquette is required
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening, including a drug and background check

The base salary range for this position is $15/hr, excluding benefits, bonuses or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
