In-Home Primary Care Physician (Geriatrics)

Pallitus Health

Pallitus Health is seeking a Home-Based Primary Care Physician to deliver direct patient care in patients' homes and in assisted living settings, while supervising and guiding home-based care NPs. This role includes evaluating chronic conditions and urgent illnesses, ordering tests, and making referrals as needed. The position requires an MD or DO, KY licensure (DEA and controlled substances authority), and board certification or eligibility with expected certification within five years. #J-18808-Ljbffr Pallitus Health
