ASSISTANT AREA MANAGER, Facilities Management & Planning, Custodial Services Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the University's buildings and grounds by implementing department policy and custodial operational procedures. Assist the custodial managers in all areas of activity: supervise and train custodians, inspect buildings and grounds for cleanliness and safety, cover events, deal with disciplinary issues, snow removal, and respond to emergencies, etc. Qualifications B.A./B.S. preferred, High School Diploma or GED required. One to three years of relevant experience. Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends.
