Training Coordinator

We are working with our client to locate a Training Coordinator to provide administrative and logistical support for a corporate learning program. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys coordinating training operations, managing learning records, and ensuring a seamless experience for learners and facilitators. Key Responsibilities Perform data entry and generate reports from the organization's learning management system (LMS). Coordinate classroom logistics, including onsite room setup approximately once per week in Dublin, Ohio. Track vendor invoices and assist with administrative processing. Send pre‑written learner communications and respond to participant logistics questions. Print, assemble, and organize training materials. Maintain inventory of training materials and supplies. Support evolving training operations and provide additional coordination assistance as needed. Start Date: Mid-to‑late August Duration: Initial 3‑month engagement with a strong likelihood of extension Hours: Up to 20 hours per week Location: Hybrid; onsite approximately one day per week in Dublin, OH, for classroom setup, with the remainder of the work completed remotely. Experience Required Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Experience coordinating instructor‑led training (ILT) classes or corporate training events. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced, evolving environment while maintaining professionalism. Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS) is preferred but not required. Comfortable working independently while managing multiple administrative tasks. Must provide your own laptop. A background check is required for the selected consultant. NOTE: 100% Virtual Positions The pay range for this is $25.00 to $35.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
