At Providence Medical Group SW, our Patient Service Representatives are valuable members of the patient care team in our clinics. We currently have full-time roles available. Here are a list of departments we support in the following locations:

• Call Center: Olympia
• Internal Medicine: Centralia
• Endocrinology: Lacey
• Family Medicine: Lacey, Olympia
• Occupational Medicine: Lacey
• Physiatry: Lacey
• Obstetrics & Gynecology: Olympia

Providence Medical Group (PMG) SW is part of Providence Clinical Network which provides an extensive range of ambulatory services to patients throughout Alaska, California, Montana, Oregon and Washington. Schedule: Full-time, Day shift

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year customer service experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training: Two years of community college/business school training.
• Coursework/Training: Additional course work in business or health care related subjects.
• 1 year experience working in a medical setting.
• Physician group practice.
• Experience with electronic medical record.

Salary Range: WA Puget Sound Min: $21.30, Max: $30.26
