Requirements:

- Medical Assistant diploma from a DAPIP-accredited program

- BLS certification (AHA or ARC only)

- Minimum 2 years of outpatient clinic experience

- Experience with approximately 10 patients per day

- Skills in venipuncture, vital signs, pulse oximetry, rooming patients, and recording history, medications, and allergies

- Epic charting experience preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Room patients and obtain vital signs

- Document medical history, current medications, and allergies

- Assist healthcare providers with patient care as needed

- Support interdisciplinary teams in the outpatient clinic setting

Compliance / Notes:

- Maximum RTO of 7 days; no RTO within the first 2 weeks of assignment

- Two supervisor references from the past year required at submission

- Background checks and license verification required
