In April 2016, EY acquired this team out of Highnote Foundry, a venture capital and venture services firm, in order to build and launch new businesses for EY Americas Tax. EY Americas Tax is a leader in corporate tax services and is aggressively pursuing innovation to define the tax function of the future for the world’s largest multi-national corporations.The opportunityAs a Strategy Senior, you will be part of Foundry strategy teams tasked with evaluating and pursuing new growth and margin opportunities across EY’s Tax business.Your key responsibilitiesYou will be responsible for analyzing market dynamics and business trends, helping develop growth strategies, and presenting recommendations for how to advance them. This will involve framing problems, breaking them down into component parts, and evaluating each methodically and thoroughly. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $97,300 to $178,300. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $116,700 to $202,600. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model.
