Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse Navigator for a travel assignment in Gold Beach, OR. This role is integral to the new Outpatient Oncology Program, focusing on coordinating patient care from diagnosis through treatment. As a crucial player in the oncology team, the nurse will work within a dynamic outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities of the RN Oncology Travel

Coordinate patient care from diagnosis through treatment
Provide education and support to patients and families
Collaborate with providers, pharmacy, infusion staff, and ancillary departments
Perform occasional chemotherapy infusions

Requirements of the RN Oncology Travel

Current Oregon RN license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Current BLS & ACLS certifications
Current ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Provider Certification required
Previous oncology patient navigation/care coordination experience required
Oncology infusion experience required
EPIC Beacon experience preferred
