Accounting Coordinator, Finance

Job Summary Accounting Coordinator – 100% Remote within California; Must reside in California. Responsibilities Provider data management and data analysis. Time management, inputting and processing invoices in Workday. Month‑end and year‑end tasks including 1099 preparation and audit duties. Research vendor/supplier cards in Workday. Work with large Excel data files. Assist Staff Accountant with payfiles, payment processing, and bank reviews. Balance and reconcile accounts payable disbursements each month and post to the general ledger. Qualifications Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Ability to work accurately with numerical detail. Compensation Budgeted Hourly Pay Range: $25.96 - $27.00. Final salary and rates are based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role, and internal equity. Benefits Competitive compensation, generous PTO, and paid holidays.
