This role includes bank and credit card reconciliations, QuickBooks usage, and cash handling on weekends.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on bookkeeping experience in a professional retail environment.### Responsibilities* Assist with bank and credit card statement reconciliations* Enter and maintain accurate financial records* Use QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks* Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and data entry* Handle cash and complete daily cash reconciliation on weekends* Provide general office and administrative support### Requirements* Basic knowledge or experience with bank and credit card reconciliations* Familiarity with QuickBooks (Online or Desktop)* Comfortable and trustworthy with cash handling* Strong attention to detail and accuracy* Organized, reliable, and able to follow procedures* Basic skills in Excel or Google SheetsPreferred Qualifications (Not Required)* Previous bookkeeping, accounting, or office assistant experience* Retail cash-handling experience* Accounting or bookkeeping coursework/certificationSchedule* Weekday office hours* Weekend availability required for cash handlingPay: From $19.00 per hourApplication question(s):* What is your availability?* Please describe your experience reconciling bank and/or credit card statements.* What is your experience using QuickBooks?* This role requires handling cash and completing daily cash reconciliation on weekends.
