Key Responsibilities:

• Present and sell the company’s products and services to both new and existing customers with enthusiasm and expertise.
• Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and other channels to generate new business opportunities.
• Meet and exceed agreed-upon sales targets within deadlines.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
• Follow up on inbound leads and conduct outbound cold calls to uncover new sales opportunities.
• Handle payments via credit card, cash, checks, and purchase orders.
• Prepare for customer interactions by researching company backgrounds and lead information.
• Identify customer buying trends, provide insights to management, and maintain accurate CRM records.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for communicating effectively with our client’s diverse customer base.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to close sales and build strong client relationships.
• Strong math skills to handle calculations related to discounts, percentages, and other financial aspects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook/email, and internet research.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build rapport with clients.
