Sales Partnerships, Inc. is building a residential outside sales team across Central Texas. You'll earn a guaranteed hourly wage while we train you to prospect, build rapport, handle objections, and close. Hands-on field coaching. The SPI Sales Academy. Then you put it to work selling fast, reliable internet in assigned neighborhoods where service is already live.

Your Spanish isn't a bonus here. Es tu ventaja. Whole neighborhoods in this market prefer to do business in Spanish, and you're the one who can have that conversation.

Your hourly pay doesn't disappear if you don't sell. Commission stacks on top.

• $21.50/hour guaranteed base, 35 paid hours per week

Outside sales works when people are home. This is not a 9-to-5.

Tuesday through Saturday. About 35 paid hours per week.

• Tue–Fri: 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Four evening shifts and Saturdays are required. Meetings and training happen inside your paid hours.

• 18+
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Able to pass a background and motor vehicle record check
• Comfortable walking neighborhoods outdoors, navigating stairs, carrying 10–15 lbs
• Available Tuesday through Saturday, including evenings
• Conversational fluency in Spanish and English
