Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care by assessing, planning, and implementing care for patients in a telemetry unit.
• Administer cardiac drips and interpret dysrhythmias for effective patient management.
• Float frequently to different units and meet varying staffing needs across campuses.
• Utilize EPIC charting system to document and manage patient information efficiently.
• Engage with a multidisciplinary team, including care techs and LPNs, to support comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain a safe and nicotine-free work environment in compliance with facility policies.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN state license, pending licenses accepted with conditions.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a large, urban hospital setting.
• BLS certification required; ACLS strongly preferred.
• Experience with cardiac telemetry and management of cardiac drips is essential.
• Familiarity with EPIC charting system is required.
• Willingness to float to various units and campuses as needed.
