Responsibilities
- Deliver direct critical care nursing for ICU patients using the nursing process and evidence-based practice
- Continuously monitor patient status, interpret data, and respond to changes in condition
- Develop and implement individualized care plans; coordinate with physicians, case managers, and ancillary staff
- Administer medications and perform ICU procedures; manage equipment and ensure patient safety
- Participate in discharge planning and patient/family education to support continuity of care
- Delegate appropriately, supervise other nursing staff when needed, and maintain accurate documentation

Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in California
- BLS certification; ACLS and PALS required
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU/acute care nursing experience
- BSN preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced ICU environment and comply with unit-specific protocols
