Strategy Consultant

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Validate insights: Generate and validate insights through experiments and research to inform innovation roadmaps for new and existing brands and products. Use a data‑driven approach to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and help clients navigate the process of bringing new ideas to market. Solve problems: Solve problems with unconventional and alternative approaches that balance feasibility, desirability, viability, and sustainability. Consistently apply a holistic and data‑driven approach to problem‑solving, and help clients navigate the process of identifying and implementing solutions that drive results and create value. Navigate growth: Provide roadmaps to help clients create new products, services, experiences, and brands. Work with clients to understand their goals and challenges, and help them identify opportunities for innovation. Develop clear and actionable roadmaps to bring new ideas to market and drive growth and success. Drive success: Design and implement innovative organizational structures and operating models that drive growth and success. Analyze and optimize business processes, assess competitive landscape, and identify areas for improvement. Help clients leverage their strengths and minimize their weaknesses to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage. Cultivate Innovation: Partner with clients to embed a culture of innovation within their teams and organizations. Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges, and help them create a culture that fosters creativity, risk‑taking, and continuous improvement. Focus on building an innovative culture to help clients stay competitive, adapt to changing market conditions, and drive long‑term success. Relevant Experience and Qualifications Consulting experience – minimum of four years of full‑time working experience, ideally in a consulting environment, with a focus on product strategy, product management, business analytics, or growth strategy. Outstanding Record: A Master’s degree in Business, Strategy, Design, or Marketing with an outstanding record of academic achievement is preferred. Analytics aptitude: Strong aptitude for analytics and the ability to construct and analyze financial models to ascertain business impact are essential. Idea Execution: An insatiable desire to transform abstract ideas into tangible products and services, with a track record of turning creative and innovative ideas into reality. Communication Skills: Ability to interpret and communicate complex business ideas to different audiences through text, visual, and verbal communications. Adaptive Thinking: Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations without established direction and navigate uncertainty while driving results in dynamic environments.
