Business Manager (Finance & Insurance Manager) Location: Grogan's Towne CJDR Department: Sales / Finance Join Our Team Grogan's Towne CJDR Department: Sales / Finance &, a premier Stellantis dealership representing Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and FIAT, is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Business Manager to join our high-performing sales team. The Business Manager plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional ownership experience while helping customers secure financing and protect their vehicle investment. Key Responsibilities Present financing and leasing options that best fit each customer's needs. Secure financing through manufacturer and third-party lending sources. Present and sell F&I products, including: Vehicle Service Contracts GAP Protection Tire & Wheel Protection Maintenance Plans Appearance Protection Theft Protection Ensure every transaction complies with federal, state, lender, and dealership regulations. Maintain complete and accurate deal documentation. Achieve dealership profitability objectives while maintaining a customer-first approach. Work closely with the sales management team to ensure efficient deal flow and timely funding. Maintain strong relationships with lenders and Stellantis Financial Services. Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction and clearly explain financing and protection options. Ensure all deals are funded promptly and accurately. Assist in training sales consultants on finance products, lender programs, and compliance requirements. Qualifications Automotive F&I or Business Manager experience preferred. Strong knowledge of dealership financing, leasing, and lender guidelines. Experience with Stellantis Financial Services is a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work evenings and Saturdays. High ethical standards with a commitment to compliance. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Preferred Skills Menu selling experience. Dealer Management System experience (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, RouteOne, etc.). Knowledge of state and federal automotive regulations. Ability to build rapport quickly and create a positive buying experience. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
