Director, Commercial Solutions

What You'll Do Our Director, Commercial Solutions will serve as a strategic leader in the CPG/Retail application space, bridging the gap between strategic business needs for Sales Enablement, Finance/Revenue Management, and technical execution within a product‑based organizational structure. This leader will play a critical role in defining and prioritizing the product backlog, driving product vision, and ensuring the delivery of valuable solutions that align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Act as the strategic link between IT and the US Commercial business unit. Own and drive the US Commercial technology roadmap aligned to business and global IT strategy. Prioritize high‑impact initiatives that drive growth, efficiency, and cost optimization. Lead stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment on priorities and outcomes. Define and manage the IT engagement model (intake, prioritization, delivery, support). Translate business needs into technology requirements and articulate IT value. Serve as senior escalation point for critical issues and drive root‑cause resolution. Build and lead a high‑performing team, fostering business partnership and delivery excellence. What You'll Bring Proven experience leading cross‑functional solution delivery across Business Units and IT organizations. Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills, with the ability to influence and align senior business leaders. Ability to translate business objectives into technology‑enabled solutions that drive revenue and operational efficiency. Strategic thinking with a solid understanding of enterprise IT strategy and global operating models. Strong delivery focus, balancing innovation with operational resilience.
